Performance evaluation and improvement of refrigeration cycle based on entropy balance method.
Author(s) : INO N.
Summary
The purpose of these R&D activities is to carry out an analysis and an evaluation of current industrial refrigeration systems and to establish a theoretical method for improving the performance of future industrial refrigeration systems. It is believed that the priorities for improving the performance as well as various subjects can be clarified and determined using the results of these R&D activities, which focus on evaluation of entropy generation rates and loss ratios for the respective refrigeration processes, based on continuous performance of an actual existing refrigerating compressor.
