Summary
Originating from a cross between Lady Williams and Golden Delicious, this vigorous apple variety, Pink Lady, flowers at about the same time as Granny Smith, making it suitable for pollination by Gala, Fuji and Red Delicious. The crisp and crunchy apple has a shelf life of 14 days at 20 deg C. Storage in air at 0-1 deg C may last 4 months or 8-7 months under controlled conditions.
