Author(s) : KALNIN I.
Summary
After ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, Russia must meet its requirements. As practice shows, these requirements will not be limited by the control of greenhouse gas emissions but they will be focused on reducing their emissions where they occur. It requires equipment perfection and retrofit. Alternatives are natural working fluids that meet international requirements according to the Montreal and Kyoto Protocols. Such alternatives are ammonia, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, water and air.
