Summary
Airflows in a non-isothermal lid-driven cavity and a ventilated room are predicted using a new low-Reynolds-number turbulence model. Comparison of the numerical results computed by different models and the referenced data show that the new turbulence model gives more satisfactory results, enabling it to be recommended in the HVAC field.
