Summary

Based on simplified models for defining the characteristic parameters and flow values, a computer program has been developed using VBA in Excel and this program can be used for grill selection in air systems. The principles, program structure, output document and testing results compared with the catalogue values have been presented in the paper This solution can be interesting for the engineers who deal with airflow in closed systems.
