THE PAPER PRESENTS THE STATE OF DEVELOPMENT OF FRUIT PACKING STATIONS. FOR MANAGEMENT, THE SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE ITEM < OVERHEAD CHARGES > (24 TO 36%) IS OBSERVED, IN WHICH ENERGY CORRESPONDS TO 10-25%. THE DESIGN AND OPERATION OF STATIONS ADJUSTED IN ORDER TO ALLOW FOR SOME CONSTRAINTS OF LOCATION, TO PROVIDE PACKING UNDER REASONABLE AUTOMATION CONDITIONS (THANKS TO ELECTRONICS) AND SUFFICIENTLY LONG COLD STORAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PRODUCT (PRECOOLING, STORAGE, CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERES).
