Summary
Primevère is an attractive and long storage life dessert apple with excellent fruit quality combined with field immunity to apple scab (Venturia inaequalis). Flavour is sprightly at harvest but improves following storage. Fruits mature about 2.5-3 weeks after MacIntosh and retain their excellent quality for up to 6 month in 1 deg C cold storage.
