Summary
Data are presented on the results of organoleptic trials conducted with 11 apple cultivars between March 1993 and November 1995. Elise, Delblush, Braeburn and various Braeburn mutants had good storage quality with a long shelf life after storage; brief notes are included on their characteristics and optimal storage conditions.
