MICROPROCESSORS ENABLE ONE TO OPTIMIZE PARAMETERS OF THE CYCLE AND TO RECORD THE VALUES REQUIRED FOR CONTROL. GENERALLY TWO METHODS ARE AVAILABLE: THE FORMER CONSISTS IN USING A COMPUTER MANAGING A PLANT ; THE LATTER IS TO GIVE TO EACH PART OF A PLANT ITS CONTROL SYSTEM. THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE A NEW PLANT MANAGING THE PROGRAMMED CYCLE AND THE RECORDING OF DATA RELATING TO THE PROCESS ACHIEVED.
