THE AUTHOR SHOWS HOW THE USE OF THE COMPUTER CONTROL OF REFRIGERATION PLANT AND HEAT PUMPS IS ONLY AT ITS BEGINNING. HE SUGGESTS CREATING AN IIR WORKING PARTY WHICH SHOULD SPECIALLY STUDY DATA PROCESSING IN ORDER TO DEVELOP A CATALOGUE OF AVAILABLE COMPUTER PROGRAMMES. IN ADDITION, HE RECOMMENDS THE CREATION OF ANOTHER WORKING PARTY TO ELABORATE DIAGNOSIS PROCESSES FOR ASSESSING THE CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT BY MICROCOMPUTERS.
