Summary

THE JOSEPHSON EFFECTS AND QUANTUM DIRECT CURRENT INTERFERENCE IN THE SUPERCONDUCTING CERAMICS HAVING THE TRANSITION TEMPERATURE OF 93 K ARE INVESTIGATED EXPERIMENTALLY. THERE EXIST QUANTUM INTERFERENCE WHICH OCCURS IN ONE-COUPLED SAMPLES AT DIRECT CURRENT. THE INDUCTION-VOLTAGE CONVERSION STEEPNESS AND THE SIGNAL-NOISE RATIO BEING COMMENSURATE WITH SIMILAR CHARACTERISTICS OF CLASSICAL DIRECT CURRENT SQUIDS OPERATING AT 4.2 K. IT IS FOUND THAT WEAK LINKSIN THE CERAMICS WITH PERCOLATION PATHS OF CURRENT FLOW REFER TO THE SNS TYPE.
