QUANTUM CORRECTIONS TO JOSEPHSON PHASE DIFFERENCE OF A CONTACT IN METASTABLE CURRENT STATE ARE CALCULATED IN ZERO TEMPERATURE LIMIT. PERTURBATION THEORY OF JOSEPHSON INTERACTION IS SHOWN TO BE APPLICABLE IN THE CASE OF HIGH VISCOSITY. THE AMOUNT OF FLUCTUATIONS DEFINES THE VALIDITY CRITERION OF THE RESISTIVE MODEL.
