THERE ARE MANY DIFFICULTIES IN OPERATING A DILUTION REFRIGERATOR. TWO KEY PROBLEMS, THE OSMOTIC PRESSURE AND KAPITZA THERMAL RESISTANCE, ARE DISCUSSED THEORETICALLY AND PRACTICALLY IN THE PAPER AND MEASURES FOR SOLVING THESE PROBLEMS ARE PROPOSED. AT THE SAME TIME THE PAPER INTRODUCES MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY FOR A CURRENT ADVANCED SPLIT TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER AND ITS POROUS SURFACE.
