Summary
Sapporo breweries Ltd. uses the carbon dioxide collected from the brewing process. The impurities are contained as "inert gases" in the collected carbon dioxide. The authors had to perform various treatments in order to satisfy the strict quality which is required for reuse. This system has good profitability and also contributes to preventing global warming.
