Summary
South African Breweries' Newlands Brewery in Cape Town handles some 85 000 hl of beer per week in huge fermentation and storage vessels in its Cellars 1, 2 and 3. To protect them against the effects of prolonged exposure to the elements, these vessels are being enclosed in insulated, refrigerated, dehumidified enclosures.
