Summary

Articles of this international standard are applicable only to volumetric-type single-stage compressors for refrigerant fluids. The test methods chosen are described in order to determine the refrigerating capacity, isentropic efficiency and COP. Attention is drawn in particular to the special number of precautions to be taken for reducing test losses as much as possible.
