Summary
THE PRESENT STUDY INTENDS TO ESTABLISH A METHOD TO DETERMINE THE REFRIGERATION NECESSITIES OF A DELIVERY VAN WITH EUTECTIC PLATES FOR REFRIGERATED FOOD AT LOW TEMPERATURE, HAVING IN MIND THE LEAKAGES PRODUCED WHEN DOORS ARE OPEN. FINALLY THE AUTHORS SHOW THEIR PRACTICAL DATA OBTAINED FROM THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE ON THE DESIGN OF THIS KIND OF UNITS.
