Refrigeration for shops and supermarkets: product display, and protection.
Author(s) : HAYWARD C.
Type of article: Article
Summary
ISO 3 and 4 temperature requirements for chilled and frozen refrigerated retail display cases can be met only with high quality sensors in critical case areas. The subsequent control is as good as can be produced in today's maximum display requirements. Any more rigid standards will almost certainly mean a loss in display and ease of service. D.W.H.
