Summary
For the uncertainty in the selection of the tube row number in evaporator design, the authors analyse the influencing factors of the cooling efficiency on surface air coolers, study the internal relationship between the tube row number and the face velocity, and obtain calculating formulas. They discuss its effect with an application example.
