Summary

THE RELAXATION OF A HOMOGENEOUS FLUCTUATION OF THE ENERGY DENSITY IN THE SPIN S = 1/2 AND S = 1 ISING CHAINS IS INVESTIGATED OF THE BASIS OF MICROSCOPIC APPROACH. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE CHARACTER OF RELAXATION WITH T TENDING TOWARDS 0 DEPENDS APPRECIABLY BOTH ON THE SPIN VALUE AND THE SPIN-LATTICE INTERACTION DETAILS.
