Summary
The concept for buildings has been shifting from "scrap-and-build" to "renewal". As an efficient solution, the author introduces ice storage equipment to renew the cooling heat source system. The equipment and its operational result are outlined. The second part introduces an actual example of a large building in which the "renewal" approach was applied.
