Summary

An analysis was done on the thermal performances of an RKM 200 refrigerating machine using the following fluids: R22, R134a, R404A and R407C. The objectives of the study were to compare the thermal performances obtained with new fluids in identical operating conditions, and to analyze the behaviour of the two-phase exchange coefficient as a function of the mass velocity and of the heat flow.
