Summary
The paper discusses the gas removing performance and properties of an activated charcoal component. In this experiment, curves were derived under different circumstances and with various types of charcoal components. These curves helped the authors to choose the most suitable type in a household air cleaner. The study also gives results and calculations of charcoal units' applicability to removing tobacco smoke.
