Summary

IN THE DISCHARGE PROCESS OF A ROTARY COMPRESSOR, THE RESISTANCE OF GAS-OIL TWO-PHASE FLOW THROUGH THE DISCHARGE PORT CANNOT BE IGNORED, ESPECIALLY WITH THE OIL-INJECTED PROCESS. IN THE PAPER, WITH AN OIL-FLOODED COMPRESSOR AS AN EXAMPLE, A COMPUTER MODEL IS PRESENTED, THE EFFECT OF A DISCHARGE PORT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF AN OIL-FLOODED ROTARY COMPRESSOR IS ANALYZED IN DETAIL, AND THE OPTIMAL OUTLET POSITION UNDER VARIOUS WORKING CONDITIONS IS PRESENTED. TEST RESULTS ON ALL ARE GIVEN.
