Summary
In the present study, based on the current energy development trend and the research status of gas engine heat pump (GEHP), this study presents a coordinated control strategy involving various variables for enhancing the system’s overall energy efficiency and effectively reduce the emission of units. This paper experimentally studies the influence of the changes in cooling load and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve on the stability and energy efficiency of the system. The superheat oscillation mechanism of the GEHP system is clar ified, and the fuzzy PID algorithm belonging to the electronic expansion valve is constructed. At the same time, to reduce emission, the control parameter tables of gas engine air-fuel ratio and ignition propulsion angle under different working conditions were set up, and the capacity and pollutant emission characteristics under different loads and gas engine speeds were tested. The experimental results show that under the effect of multivariable cooperative control strategy, the ability of GEHP to deal with variable load is improved, and the emission of the system is further reduced. This study provides important technical support for the practical application of GEHP, which is highly consistent with the global energy conservation and emission reduction policies, and has strong engineering application prospects. It has important social and economic benefits for promoting the development of green technology and improving environmental quality.
