Summary
The heat transfer performance of evaporator and condenser is the key factor which has an effect on the power efficiency in the refrigeration and power generation units. An experimental investigation of evaporator and condenser heat transfer with different inlet and outlet hot water temperature was conducted. The cycle working fluid was R245fa. The experiment showed that the evaporator heat transfer coefficient decreased and condenser heat transfer coefficient increased first and then decreased with increasing inlet hot water temperature. The higher heat water temperature, the higher evaporation pressure; and the evaporator heat transfer coefficient can reach to 2500 W / ( m2.°C).
