Summary

The design project for the campus was successful in reducing annual energy costs while improving indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and the ability to more successfully operate and maintain the buildings. It also provided the College with a Guaranteed Energy Savings contract to assure the savings are monitored and maintained over the next seven future years.
