Author(s) : LEE K., et al.

Type of article: Article

Summary

Reports on the evaluation of the sampling rate of a nitrogen dioxide passive sampling badge in indoor environments including an unoccupied research house, residential houses and an office. Measurements from the badges were compared with those of a chemiluminescent analyser, the EPA reference method. The study used a new sampling rate for the badge. Describes tests with a portable wind tunnel. Concludes the badge should be at least 100 millimetres from an indoor wall to avoid undersampling.
