THIS PAPER STUDIES THE DESIRABLE THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF REFRIGERANTS FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMPS. IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THESE CHARACTERISTICS, GENERALISED EQUATIONS OF STATE WERE OFTEN USED. THE RESEARCH IS BASED ON 16 WORKING FLUIDS AND 55 TEMPERATURE PROFILES. AFTER THE CRITERIA OBTAINED, IT IS POSSIBLE TO SELECT THE FLUID MOST SUITABLE FOR A CERTAIN APPLICATION.
