MAINTAINS THAT SEASONAL COLD ENERGY STORAGE IS A GOOD METHOD FOR COMPANIES TO SAVE MONEY BY UTILISING THE COOLING EFFECT OF THE WINTER CLIMATE. USES AS A BASIS THE STORAGE IN UNDERGROUND AQUIFERS OF WATER WHICH HAS BEEN NATURALLY COOLED IN WINTER. PRESENTS FOUR DIFFERENT SYSTEMS AND THEIR COMPARATIVE MERITS AND DRAWBACKS. MAINTAINS THAT THIS FORM OF ENERGY STORAGE IS ECONOMICALLY RELIABLE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY ACCEPTABLE FOR BOTH NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS.
