Author(s) : NORMAH M. N., REED B. M., YU X.
Type of article: Article
Summary
No loss of germination was observed for seeds desiccated down to 5% moisture (fresh weight basis). Although desiccated whole seeds did not survive liquid nitrogen exposure, the embryonic axes excised after cryoexposure of whole seeds survived and were grown in tissue culture.
