Summary
THE PRINCIPLE OF A RATIONAL OIL SEPARATION SYSTEM IN AMMONIA REFRIGERATION PLANT IS DESCRIBED. TEST RESULTS OF NEW OIL SEPARATORS ARE GIVEN. THE USE OF THE OIL SEPARATOR MAINTAINS A CONSTANT OIL-AMMONIA CONCENTRATION LOWER THAN 4% IN THE EVAPORATOR, INDEPENDENT OF THE OPERATING TIME OF THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM.
