THESE STANDARDS ARE GIVEN IN THE ARTICLE ; THEY WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE LEGISLATION. THE RESULTS OF STUDIES ON BUILDINGS AND PLANTS ARE GIVEN, AS WELL AS THE SOLUTIONS, WITH THEIR ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES. J.L.
