THE ILKA LUFT-UND KALTETECHNIK ASSOCIATION, WHICH IS A RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, HAS OBTAINED SATISFACTORY RESULTS ON NEW PRODUCTS, DESIGN RULES AND FIELD TESTS, FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS, THANKS TO COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN. THE STASAN-PC PROGRAMME IS DESCRIBED, AND AN EXAMPLE IS GIVEN FOR STUDYING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN THE REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT AND A COLD ROOM.
