ILLUSTRATES AND DESCRIBES AN EXPERIMENTAL INTERMITTENT SOLAR REFRIGERATOR USING AQUA-AMMONIA MANUFACTURED AND TESTED IN THE EGYPTIAN CLIMATE. TREATS THE EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE AND DETAILS THE RESULTS WHICH SHOW THAT COOLING BY SOLAR ENERGY USING AMMONIA SYSTEMS IS TECHNICALLY FEASIBLE IN THE EGYPTIAN CLIMATE WITH NO NEED FOR EXTERNAL SOURCES OF ENERGY.
