Summary
Estimation of 3 M potassium chloride-extracted ascites fibrosarcoma tumour cell membrane peripheral proteins in native and frozen tumor cells showed approximately a three-, four-, and five-fold increase per million cells of single-, three-, and programmed three-cycle frozen tumour cells, respectively, compared to the same number of native cells, indicating an increase in surface membrane protein concentration with freezing.
