Summary
Spray-cooling equipment producing fine droplets is now being used in the fruit and vegetable sales areas of supermarkets and on Parisian café terraces on very hot days. Spray-cooling technology is now being used for the air condensers of refrigeration systems in order to improve energy efficiency. Energy savings and reduced greenhouse-gas emissions are the objectives achieved.
