Summary
According to relevant references, the paper has established a calculating model of finned-tube heat exchanger's stable operation performance of the air-conditioner with R-22 by use of stable distribution parameter method. The model considered the non-equality of wind rate flowing over each tube in windward direction and tubes' real connection method in heat exchanger. In the model, the refrigerant distribution to each tube could be regulated automatically in order to make it accord with the real heat exchanging process. Then, the simulation software was developed to realize the model through the method of object-oriented programming. Finally, the model was corrected by large numbers of experimental data. Abundant validating experiments indicate that the model and the simulation software are reliable.
