Summary
Since 1991, nine organizations were involved in this co-operative study. Results obtained so far indicated that the typical rules needed for 4 K-testing were strain control error within more or less 4% and a strain rate of 0.4%/s or less at which the minimum temperature rise was assured to be 1 K or less.
