STRUCTURE-CRITERIA FOR THE STACKING AND ORDER-PICKING IN COLD STORES.

Author(s) : SCHULZE L., WESTFAL U.

Summary

THE PRINCIPLES OF STORING AND ORDER-PICKING HAVE TO BE THOUGHT OVER IN REGARD TO THE NEW SPECIFICATIONS. NEW STRUCTURES FOR STACKING AND ORDER-PICKING MUST BE REEXAMINED IN REGARD TO THE CHANGED PROBLEMS IN COLD STORAGES. THE PLANNING, CONTROL AND TECHNICS OF THE FLOW OF MATERIAL DESCRIBE THE KEY TO AN EFFICIENT OPERATION OF STORAGES. IN THE FUTURE A DECISIVE PART FALLS TO THE COLD STORE LOGISTICS. COLD-RESISTANT DATA TRANSFER MEDIA AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PAPERLESS FLOW OF INFORMATION MAY SIMPLIFY THE SEQUENCE OF PROCESSES.
