Summary
A supercooling type ice thermal storage system was built and the performance of the ice-making process was experimentally studied. The performance of its ice melting process was theoretically studied. A one-dimensional model was then suggested to simulate the outlet temperature of the slurry ice tank in the ice melting process. The validity of this model was proved by the experimental results.
