Summary

Effects of harvesting date on storage performance were studied in 5 varieties of Actinidia deliciosa. Fruit was stored at 0 deg C for almost 5 months. There was a significant relationship between the content of soluble solids at harvest and storage life. Hayward gave the best storage performance and Alison gave the worst.
