Summary
The authors aimed at addressing existing problems of traditional air conditioning in manufacturing workshops with high temperature and moisture levels. The article presents the method of air supply and humidification at double dew points. The air is treated to different dew points through two spray rooms, then evenly sent into the workshops and finally mixed in order to remove the residual heat and moisture, which can keep high moisture in manufacturing workshops. Theoretical analysis and engineering practice results indicate that if the cold source condition is allowed, applying the method can reduce air changes and operating costs, and save energy significantly.
