Study of fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative (PID) parameters self-turning control for the electronic expansion valve.

Author(s) : GAO X., XIA J., ZHOU X., MA W.

Summary

The paper studies superheat dynamics, and proposes a fuzzy control algorithm. Through experiments and simulation, the authors can get fuzzy control rules for the PID parameters. When the air conditioner is running, the computer obtains the superheat error and error gradient, converts them into fuzzy messages, according to rule tables. The PID parameters can be adjusted to meet requirements.
