THE DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION OF THE TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF NECK TUBE IS DEDUCED. THE AUTHORS GET THE TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION'S SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT EVAPORATION RATES. UNDER THE CONDITION OF A CERTAIN PLUG OF NECK TUBE AND A CERTAIN DEWAR WHICH MATERIALS, STRUCTURES AND SIZES ARE GIVEN, THE AUTHORS ATTAINED THE IDEAL AND PRACTICAL OPTIMIZED SHIELDS NUMBER AND THEIR POSITIONS RESPECTIVELY. THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE LENGTH OF PLUG IS DISCUSSED. IN ADDITION, THE EQUATIONS OF HEAT CONDUCTIVITIES AND EMISSIVITIES VS TEMPERATURE OF DOME METALS AND THE EQUATIONS OF THE SPECIFIC HEAT AT CONSTANT PRESSURE OF HELIUM VAPOUR VS TEMPERATURE ARE GIVEN.
