Study on the dynamic characteristics of double-effect absorption refrigerator driven by waste steam.

Summary

The research refers to the absorption refrigerator driven by steam. The absorption refrigerator considered by the authors does not use steam as heat source from boiler which can supply constant heat, but uses waste steam from fuel cells. So the steam flow rate or pressure changes. Therefore this research aims to clarify the effect of the change in steam flow rate or pressure on the performance of absorption refrigerator. In this research firstly, a high precision dynamic simulation model is produced. It was verified that the simulation model matched the results of experimental data best to a high degree.
