THE AUTHORS HAVE DEVELOPED A HEAT FLOW CONTROLLABLE HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING A BUBBLE PUMP MECHANISM WITHOUT MOVING PARTS THE HEAT EXCHANGER CONSISTS OF AN EVAPORATOR, CONDENSER, VAPOUR PIPE, LIQUID RETURN PIPE WITH A REVERSE U TYPE PIPE, AND HEATER LOCATED ON THE REVERSE PIPE. THE PAPER PRESENTS EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS: 1) THE HEAT EXCHANGER CAN CONTROL HEAT FLOW BETWEEN THE EVAPORATOR AND THE CONDENSER BY ADJUSTING THE HEATER INPUT WHICH IS SMALLER BY ABOUT 1/20 THE ABOVE HEAT FLOW ; 2) THE COMPLEX HEAT FLOW CONTROLLABLE HEAT EXCHANGER SYSTEM CAN CONTROL THE OUTPUT TEMPERATURE BY CHANGING ITS OPERATING HEAT EXCHANGER NUMBER ; 3) THE HEAT EXCHANGER IS USEFUL FOR HEAT RECOVERY FROM A ROOM, THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF THE SPACE AND THE SYSTEM CAN BE LINKED TO A HEAT STORAGE SYSTEM.
