Summary

Superconducting properties and surface resistance of YBCO(-) strip lines prepared by the screen printing were investigated. The critical temperature of these strip lines with and without silver monoxide and silver additions was almost the same. However, critical current density values increased with increasing the addition of silver and silver monoxide. The surface resistance values of these strip lines in superconducting state decreased with increasing the addition of silver and silver monoxide, and the optimum addition was about 10-15 wt %. The lowest values of surface resistance were about 15 milliohms at 60 K.
