Summary

The temperature of superconducting transition in high critical temperature compounds with noncentral ions was calculated. The dependence of the critical temperature from the concentration of local pairs of electrons and holes for different values of parameters of the electron and the ion system was investigated. The formulae for the ion potential at the critical temperature at the case of strong electron-ion interaction in such compounds were obtained.
