Sweden, a mature heat pump market: how to avoid dissatisfied customers in the long run.
Author(s) : FEHRM M.
Summary
With more than 360 000 heat pumps installed, Sweden has gained a lot of experience over the last 20 years. A certification programme for installers was set up and a special "court" to solve problems between customers and installers has been founded. Still, some customers are dissatisfied with the heat pump or rather the heat pump installation/installer. If you follow some simple rules, summarized at the end of the paper, the number of dissatisfied customers can be kept very low. The paper primarily discusses heat pumps in single-family dwellings.
